Dataset notes
Sample information and limitations
Protein from at least four independent biological preparations was pooled to obtain approximately 2 mg total parasite protein. One selected raw acquisition (lactylation_in_Toxoplasma.d) represents the pooled sample; there are no independently acquired biological replicates in this selected file set.
Experimental metadata notes
Baseline intracellular tachyzoite lactylome; parasites harvested at approximately 64-128 parasites per vacuole. No selected treatment/control MS comparison. Sodium-lactate treatments (1, 5 and 25 mM) were separate Western-blot experiments.
