Lysine lactylation resource

Database overview

KlaAtlas integrates public Kla-enriched MS/MS datasets through standardized MaxQuant reanalysis. High-confidence lysine lactylation (Kla) sites are retained using a site localization probability threshold of ≥ 0.75. Users can search by UniProt accession or gene name, inspect site-level mass spectrometry evidence, and download species-specific datasets together with the corresponding MaxQuant parameter files.
