Dataset notes
Sample information and limitations
Four biological replicates per treatment, with separate nuclear and nonnuclear fractions: 2 treatments x 4 biological replicates x 2 subcellular fractions = 16 selected raw files. Subcellular fractions are not additional independent biological replicates.
Experimental metadata notes
YnLac metabolic-probe labelling versus L-lactate-treated control in both nuclear and nonnuclear fractions. LB files are YnLac-labelled; PB files are L-lactate controls (as explicitly defined in Supplementary Tables S2/S4).
