Sample information and limitations
Clinical cohort contains 11 patients with before/after tissue sampling. Six selected TMT acquisitions are named 01_IP_1-3 and 02_IP_1-3. Supplement describes 60 peptide fractions combined into two fractions; the relation of 01/02 and IP1-3 to fractions, repeated analyses and sample channels remains unconfirmed.
