Dataset notes
Sample information and limitations 3 submitted cell samples/condition (HY1-3, NC1-3), one selected TIMS-DDA acquisition/sample, fraction=1. The MS method explicitly reports 3 samples/group; independent donor/isolation/culture replicates and pooling are not described. Do not transfer n=3 biological-replicate wording from Western-blot validation to the MS samples.
Experimental metadata notes NC: normoxia (21% O2), 24 h; HY: hypoxia (1% O2), 24 h. These cultured-cell oxygen treatments model different NP oxygen environments; the MS samples are not human IDD tissue.
