Dataset notes
Sample information and limitations
Two histone SILAC label-swap acquisitions: heavy192R uses H/L and light192R uses L/H for K192R/WT. Label swapping does not establish independent biological n. Six label-free WT/Mut Kla-IP files (_1-3 per arm) lack a verified sample-to-intervention key and repeat provenance.
Experimental metadata notes
SUCLG1-depleted U87 cells rescued with WT SUCLG1 versus K192R. Histone SILAC: heavy192R uses H/L and light192R uses L/H for K192R/WT, confirmed in Fig. S5E. Six LFQ WT/Mut RAW-to-rescue assignments remain tentative.
